Your first valuation is free when you create an account. After that you buy credits: one credit is one valuation. Credits never expire and there's no subscription.

Credit purchases are final and not refundable. A credit is only used when a valuation finishes. If a valuation fails or can't identify anything, you keep the credit.

What counts as one valuation?
One photo you submit is one valuation. Running the same item again with a better photo or a new note is a new valuation.
Payment
You pay by card through Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where your browser supports them. We never see your card number. Your receipt is emailed by Stripe.
Why isn't it all free?
Every valuation costs us money: the AI call and the web searches it runs are billed per use. There are no ads on this site and we don't sell your data, so credits are how it's paid for.
Do you take a commission when I sell?
No. We don't buy, sell or broker items, and we get nothing from where you sell.

No. A credit is only used when a valuation finishes. If something goes wrong, the credit goes back to your account.

Can I get a refund?
No. Credit purchases are final. A credit is only used when a valuation finishes, so if a valuation fails or can't identify the item, you keep the credit. If you were charged twice or your credits didn't arrive, email support@howmuchisitworth.us and we'll fix it.
